Chairperson

Paul Dungey
Job description: Central role in the exec who brings everything together, makes sure everything is done and helps to make things run smoothly. Main point of contact with the unit for District and County Scouting. Also helps the quartermaster with communicating with 3rd Farnham Scouts about the rent etc.

Vice Chairperson

James Harvey
Job description: Directly help the chairperson with any of their responsibilities. Also help the treasurer with fundraising.

Treasurer

Chris Tizzard
Job description: Look after the unit's bank account statements and cheque book as well as making sure that we have enough money to do events on the programme. Also responsible in some way for fundraising and collecting subs.

Secretary

Public Relations (PR)

Toni Green
Job description: write articles and collate pictures for local press and the website for events that the unit does which it wants to publicise.

Quartermaster

Paul Dungey
Job description: look after all of the equipment that the unit owns and communicate with the 3rd Farnham Scout Group exec. about use of their premises.

Webmaster

Sam Churchill & Matt Mullins
Job description: design the unit's main website and any websites for events that it organises such as the Theme Park Camp. Also has responsibility for making sure that the website's content is kept up-to-date.
